The 2-Year Programme in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts offered by HTA School of Culinary Art is locally and internationally recognised and has been setting standards in culinary training since its inception in 2003. This programme has been developed by HTA in collaboration with the Industry – for chefs by chefs.
This programme is designed for those with little or no previous experience in the kitchen, allowing students to progress within their comfort zone towards a professional culinary qualification.
