The Diploma in Local Government Management has been designed to meet the workplace needs particularly in the fields of, but not limited to Local Government Management, the IDP, Service Delivery, the legislative and policy process, Local Government Finance, performance management and HRM. – The minimum entry requirement is the National Senior Certificate starting a Diploma or Degree or the National Certificate (Vocational) with appropriate subject combinations and level of achievement; or
– Mature Age Exemption for people above the age of 23 years as set out in the Higher Education Regulations
– Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
