About me:
A lover of people, tech and coffee. Basically, just a guy trying to help solve people problems using tech and drinking coffee while doing it.
Favourite Value:
Curiosity. The world and everything in it is fascinating. It is also evolving and changing constantly. To stay relevant and to innovate I just need to keep asking questions, perhaps I will one day find every single answer to every single question. Till then, I remain Curious Ray.

About me:
I love to exercise outdoors where you can find me either running or cycling in the mountain ranges of the Western Cape. I’m a really passionate about education as I believe this is the one tool that will give every person the best chance at unlocking their full potential. My dream is to open a primary school to help the underprivileged get educated in South Africa.
Favourite Value:
Accountability. I believe that when you are accountable it means that you get your work done to the best of your ability, on time, every time. Is also ensures and that your team can trust and rely on you to get your work done. Being accountable also means taking responsibility for when things don’t always go the way you wanted them to and owning your mistakes. When everyone is accountable and commits to do what they say, this is when you will be able to make a difference.

Growth mindset. We don’t know what we don’t know. In order to change the world and realise our vision, we need to be comfortable with not knowing and failing regularly. We will continue to keep trying, testing, failing, iterating, and trying again – and we’ll need a growth mindset do that.
