Who we are

The Knowledge Trust is a social impact organisation with 392 394 community members who use our platform to access education and employment opportunities.

We support organisations with recruitment and readiness preparation of candidates for all youth employment initiatives.

We launched in 2016 and to date, we have worked with over 50 education partners and 400 employers including Woolworths, FirstRand, KFC, Flow Communications, Yoco and SweepSouth.

What we do

We put the right bums into the right seats so that you can teach them to do the right things. The recruitment component of a learnership is make or break. 

We do all the heavy lifting to save employers and training providers time and money.
