Trusted by the best
Do good, and do well.
To commemorate Mandela Day, The Knowledge Trust aims to enrol 67,000 young South Africans into a 30-day programme, delivered entirely on WhatsApp, to grow their mindset and increase their employability. The top performing participants will then get access to jobs, learnerships, and bursaries – with your support.
How it will work
How you can help
When given the choice, 87% of young South Africans choose to submit their job applications via WhatsApp as opposed to a website. This is because it’s more convenient and affordable.
We help our partners source, screen and shortlist the very best talent from 1000s of applications, in 48 hours.
We’ll help you choose the right training provider, recruit the best talent and find a host employer if you can’t host the talent yourself.
100% of your learnerships spend will contribute to your BEE scorecard targets.
Sponsor bursaries for existing or upcoming students and help grow the next generation of leaders in South Africa. We’ll find the best students, get their fee statements and handle the inbetween bits.
We believe that education is the one thing that can save the world – and young South Africans desperately need education. Do you?
100% of your bursary spend, including our management fee, will contribute to your BBBEE scorecard targets.

Rewards are a powerful tool to incentivise and encourage positive behaviours. With all the despair plaguing the youth, the smallest things can act as tools to get them in invest in their own self-development.
Rewards examples include data, airtime, laptops, shopping vouchers, short courses, coaching sessions, and lifestyle products.
Every individual has the ability to help reach our target of 67,000 educated and employed young people.
