About SimpleTech
The Situation
Special Ingredient
The Knowledge Trust has worked to develop a more convenient and faster manner to approach interviews, for both employers and candidates. Having launched their WhatsApp bot, candidates could now conduct their interviews through a brief process, where they would have to answer their interview questions via a WhatsApp voice note, in which they could advocate for their interest and abilities in a way they couldn’t before.
On our mission to make a difference, we thrive to make our processes more accessible and inclusive. Through our new WhatsApp interview process, we have been able to tap into environments that we would otherwise not be able to before, giving us more reach – making our platform more inclusive, and accessible. In addition, allowing us to find the best possible candidates for SimpleTech.
