LEARNERSHIP
READINESS PROGRAMME
Learner readiness by

Objective of the Programme
The main objective of this programme is to maximise a candidate’s chance of success when embarking on a learnership. The programme consists of a number of tools and tips to help the candidate understand what a learnership is and how he/she can achieve a positive outcome.
The aim here is to develop healthy habits that will help the candidate navigate the learning journey. We will provide useful and practical tips to develop these habits.
In his book called The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, first published in 1989, Stephen R Covey, describes 7 habits that people who want to succeed in anything, should adopt.
